Coastin media started as a holiday daydream, sparked by one of those ‘what if?’ moments in antigua.
we were there to cheer on our good friend as they crossed the finish line of their atlantic row, an incredible feat raising money for charity. in between the celebrations, a thought hit us: who’s looking after their social media while they’re out at sea?
…that question planted a seed. these rowers were doing something extraordinary, and their stories deserved to be told in real time, not just once they were back on dry land. the idea of managing social media for people doing big brave brilliant things was something we couldn’t stop thinking about. it was something we felt called to be part of.
with all our knowledge, experience and passion for social media, and a strong sense of how much better things could be, we saw a real opportunity to help. time and time again we’d noticed brilliant brands with great stories, held back by the overwhelm of keeping up with content, captions and consistency.
